Summary
This position is responsible for a full range of student recruitment activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Recruiting students
- Interviewing prospective students
- Reading applications and evaluating candidates for admissions
- Working with families through scholarships and financial aid processes
- Planning and executing various on- or off-campus projects
- Assist with new publications
- Communicating with prospective students through phone, email and other sources

- Education and / or Experience -- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Communication / Language -- Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Mathematical -- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Reasoning -- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Certifications, Licenses, Registrations – Valid driver’s license
- Computer Literacy / General Office Equipment -- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Office equipment to include phone, fax, copier.
