Mission Statement
The Bursar's Office assures that funds due the College are billed, collected, posted, deposited, and reconciled on time and accurately in a manner that is compliant with not only College Policy but also all applicable Federal Regulations. The Bursar's Office educates students about the student account process with a professional and courteous demeanor. Other responsibilities of the Bursar's Office include managing third-party invoicing, installment payment plans, processing refunds and withdrawals, and the business functions of the GCard, which is an integrated campus ID card and debit card system which enables cashless campus life and electronic access identification and verification wherever appropriate.
By providing the accounting and business underpinning for the College's other units to achieve their unit missions, the Bursar's Office supports the College's mission to provide an environment for intellectual, spiritual and social growth.
