Bill teaches upper level courses in media, public relations, and advertising.  In addition to coordinating the development of the instructional media facility, he serves the College as Advisor to the student-operated campus radio station.  In 1997, Bill founded Georgetown College Public Radio and launched the 50,000 watt WRGV-FM.  The public radio station's popular blues and roots music based format had been well-received in the Lexington, Kentucky metro radio market.

Bill has worked for radio and television stations in both Kentucky and Indiana as a announcer, videographer, producer, and anchor.  He produced and directed instructional television programming for Jefferson County, Kentucky schools at WKPC-TV in Louisville, Kentucky, and served as network programming director for the station for several years.

Bill lives in Versailles with his wife, Lois, a writing and literature teacher at the Woodford County Middle School, three of his four children, one dog, two cats, and two cockatiels.
