May 31 Town Meeting Schedule- Click here. Town meeting schedules-- Students taking classes in the online terms must attend the Town Meeting for each term unless otherwise indicated in the class descriptions. The TM for Online Term 1 is April 12, and for Online 2 it is May 31. The first day of Open Registration will be Tuesday, April 1. Only students enrolled in the LBD or MAAC programs may register on that day. Registration begins at 830 AM. MAAC students may register by telephone (863-8176) or online. LBD students must register through their advisors. On Wednesday, April 2,
any other graduate students who will finish their programs in 2008 may register,
beginning at 830 AM.

Tuition is $310 per credit hour.
Bills are generated weekly from new registrations and
tuition may be paid in full or in up to three payments, due April 12, May 12,
and June 12. (requires a deferred payment
agreement). Cash, check or credit card are accepted. If you have questions,

Confirming Enrollment Class registrations not confirmed through financial arrangements by the first day of class are subject to cancellation or other penalties. Notices sent to students warning of late payment penalties are considered courtesies. Students may check account status by accessing the PAWS site. Click here for more information on financial aid. |

Summer 2008 Registration Policies: 1. Maximum Load. For an online term, the maximum class load is 6 hours, and no more than 2 courses. Non-online terms (Mods 1, 2, and 3) are restricted to 4 hours each. In all summer terms combined, the maximum load is 13 hours. 2. Holds on registration. Any student who is not up-to-date with tuition payments from previous terms will not be allowed to register until the account has been rendered current. 3. Wait Lists: If a class you want is full, you can be added to a wait list for that class. Spaces in these classes go to wait listed students in the order received. You cannot be registered for a class and be on the waiting list for another class in that same time slot. Professors do not have authority to admit specific students into a class. 4. Drop policy: If a student drops a class in Online 1 after April 10 there will be a $20 drop fee. For all other summer terms, the drop fee takes effect after April 21. Dropping a class after it starts invokes the regular prorated refund policy. 5. Georgetown College has a special fee for Web-based (online) courses. This fee is $140 per course and applies to indicated web-based courses in the course listings. |
