Reinhold Niebuhr

Original Sin
Niebuhr
stated the Biblical principal of Original Sin allowed for man to possess both
good and evil, allowing man to commit exceptional acts and destroy them[1]. He interpreted Original Sin to allow man to
be freed from human limitations, save a guilty man from damnation, and unbind a
liberal mind[2].
