1. Locate your calendar and create a new event (double click on day or click on new->event).
Type in a subject (reason for event, title, class name, etc) and location (room number). Click on scheduling assistant.

4. Click on Add Attendees and type the word "room" in the search box. This will display all available rooms.
Double click on the room number you need. This will add it to the required list as shown below. Click OK.

7. Ensure the time slot you want is free. Any time block that is not white is unavailable. Click on Send. Your request will be approved or denied based on room availability.
