Services provides
telecommunications, video, and data support services to the faculty,
staff, and students of Georgetown College. Support services are
defined as computer programming for administrative departments, personal
computer hardware and ITS supported software installation and
maintenance, video programming coordination, computer configuration,
network management and applications, and multi-media equipment check-out
services. Telephone support for student computers is free.
Expanded workbench support for students is optional and available
through the Computer Maintenance Agreement program. All request for support should
be made to the Help Desk. To see the status of your submitted
request you can check PAWS and select "My ITS Service Requests."
