Recording or Changing Your Name:
This page will explain how to record or change your phone mail name. Whatever you record
will be played back for the person for which you leave a message on campus. If you don't
record a personal greeting, the name will be played back to anyone attempting to leave you
a message.
1. Access your PhoneMail box.
2. Press 8-Answering Options.
3. Press 4-Record your Name.
4. Press 1-Prerecord your Name.
5. Follow the instructions for recording your name.
