The Help Desk can also answer questions concerning how to use systems such as email, Blackboard and PAWS, and can also help you with problems running personal productivity software such as Microsoft Office. However, when it comes to training, to answering questions such as "How can I do this in Word?", that falls upon the T3 Center and its Help Desk.
The Tiger Technology Training Center (hence the name T3 ) is located in the Periodicals Room of the LRC.
The T3 Center will be staffed by the Student Technology Mentors most of the hours that the LRC is open.
