RECITAL HOUR

Recital Hour:  Monthly recitals afford opportunity for the development of performance skills in a public setting.  Excluding the first semester of study, at the discretion of the studio professor, music majors are required to perform in their major area at least once during each semester of residence.  Music minors are encouraged to perform at least once during the academic year.  Music majors and minors must attend a specified number of recitals and concerts each semester, including all student recital hours.
