STUDENT INTERNSHIP PROJECT NOTEBOOK

Students are required to maintain a three-ring binder notebook dedicated to the internship project.  This document will be reviewed monthly by the faculty Internship Supervisor, and periodically reviewed by the Organization Mentor.

The Project Notebook will be organized in five (or more) sections:

1. Project Goals and Objectives, and Personal Resume.
2. Sponsoring Organization Chart(s) and contacts.  Keep business cards taped to pages in this section.
3. Project log, including a daily log that summarizes activities and research.
4. Progress Reports and Final Report.
5. Project notes and handout.
