Criteria for Vocalists, Pianists and Wind Instrumentalists
Up to 100 points each

|2.||Stage presence (attire, poise, bowing)|
|3.||Musical interpretation (overall control, dynamic expression, rhythmic accuracy)|
|4.||Effectiveness of ensemble (accompaniment balance, interaction)|
|5.||Memorization (pianists, vocalists)|
|6.||Intonation (wind instrumentalists, vocalists)|
|7.||Tone quality (vocalists, wind instrumentalists)|
|8.||Text translations and/or program notes are accurate and well-written.|
|9.||Enunciation/foreign pronunciation (vocalists)|
|Scoring: Divide Point Subtotal by the number of criteria categories used to determine Final Score (100% scale).|

Music Faculty Evaluator
This form will be submitted to the applied professor and then placed in the student's permanent Department of Music file. The recital must be passed with a grade average of C or better (70%) by the music faculty.
