BVIII Reno Project
Band Van #3 - Renovation Project

After the usual two year "gestation" period [any idea, event, plan, et al with our Tiger Bands and for the Band Scholars always seems to take about two years to "germinate"] we have forged ahead with the BVIII Reno Project. Dewey L. Creech, Director's Assistant, with the help of many other Band Scholars has spear-headed this project. For well-over a week, prep work was done - removing paint [agent orange], planning, taping, sanding and making ready for the primary work which occurred this beautiful morning of September 18. There is a great deal of finishing and touch-up work yet to be done - but BVIII will be a marvel, about that there can be no doubt. Grrr...

Again, still quite a bit of work yet to be done, but trust me, BVIII shall be in fine fettle when we start our 2010-2011 Performance Season - I Grrr... Therefore I Am. Thanks to Everyone and All.
