Dining Services
During
the summer of 1999 we
were very happy to welcome SodexoUSA to our Georgetown College
campus while an extensive one million dollar renovation was completed to
our Dining Hall in the Cralle Student Center. Mr. Josh Eckman now serves
as the Director of Dining Services and Manager of the SodexoUSA Team. We are extraordinarily pleased to have this world-renowned, food
organization as part of our college community and I know that each camp
coordinator and camp participant will continue to be very excited about
their service and the potential which it brings to our SP&C family. Each meal will feature a choice of entrees, generally unlimited seconds and choices for the health conscious. Guests having special dietary needs will be provided for, as long as we are aware of any pertinent needs well in advance of the camp. No food or drinks; trays, plates, cups, etc., may be taken from the Café. Trays, plates, utensils, etc., should be returned to the dish-return conveyor and all waste materials disposed of in appropriate receptacles. Appropriate dress is required [shirt and shoes in all cases] at each meal along with either the appropriate ID/Meal Card or Identification Band. Courtesy for and towards the Food Service Staff is expected and "horse play" in the Café discouraged. "Standard" Dining hours are: Breakfast:
7:00 AM - 8:00 AM In some cases, "special" or "extended" dining hours are provided per the needs/wishes of a camp or camp coordinator.
