Summer Programs & Camps

 (as provided by Sodexo and served in the Cralle Student Center)


Our summer meal program offers a variety of choices including hot and cold selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Breakfast includes:

  • Four juices
  • Skim and 2% milk
  • Regular and decaf coffee
  • One choice daily of French toast, pancakes or waffles with hot butter and syrup
  • Hash browns, specialty potatoes or grits
  • Biscuits and gravy
  • Breakfast meats
  • Oatmeal
  • Eggs
  • Breakfast cereals
  • Breads for toasting with appropriate spreads
  • Fresh fruit


Lunch and dinner includes:


  • Grill: Hamburgers, Cheese Burgers, French Fries and accompaniments
  • *Deli: Daily sandwich specials
  • Pizza: Two daily selections baked in our open hearth oven
  • *Pasta Bar:  Pasta and Sauce of the day
  • Entrees: One lunch entrée and one or more dinner entrees accompanied by two vegetable side dishes will be served daily.
  • *Salad Bar: Mixed greens, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, regular and low-fat dressings
  • Desserts Bar:  A selection of cookies, brownies, puddings, jello, cakes, cobblers
