Fall 2007
Greetings Scholars

Well, I hope that you had a good, enjoyable, relaxing, rewarding summer and are now ready for the 2007-2008 academic year in general, and this fall semester in particular.

This is a very special class, as during the course of the semester - we are going to spend a great deal of time discussing the concepts closest to my heart, and this class is unique in your curriculum as it is the only course where the primary emphasis is on the "Why" - not another class on the "What" or "How" of music education. As always, we shall probably make some changes and adjustments as we go, however, I look forward to a great semester, so now let's get down to business ...

For this Fall 2007 - I have revised the entire class and finally "converted" the course into a web-format. I think [hope] you shall find this to be rather user-friendly. As such, this is Music 314 Web - Version 1.00

Any errors or omissions are mine and mine alone.

Most Warmly,
Pete LaRue
