Number One "A" During the course of the semester, you will be asked to complete five other "Electronic Assignments" otherwise known as EA's [each worth 20 points]. These are five, very short assignments and when completed, you will get full credit for your efforts. There follows a brief description of these projects, and their respective due dates. Amplification of the projects will be discussed in class. As with all projects, IF THEY ARE NOT COMPLETED ON TIME, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO KEEP THEM. Please completely follow all directions when completing, sending and saving your work.

One "B" Question: Why do you want to devote your life and commit your professional resources to be a music educator?
Electronic Assignment Number Two please write a short paragraph [and send in the previously prescribed format] and answer the following question - Of the Quotable Quotes which you may find on the Music 314 Web - to which do you resonate the most and why?
Electronic Assignment Number Three Assignment Code: EA - #3 Question: Your principal just called you to the office and said that your band or choral program was going to be deleted the following year - due to budget constraints - what would you do?
Assignment Submission Page Question: Your principal has called you, the art teacher and the theater teacher to his office and said that one of you [and your programs] will have to be deleted for the coming school year. Each of you has the right and privilege to go before the school board and plea your case for sustaining your program and your job. What would you say, What would you do? What would you do to convince the board that your program should be sustained?
Electronic Assignment Number Five Question: Why is music in the school so vitally important? What may our programs offer that no other can? Why is involvement with and about music essential to the growth and development of each students' life?
