I hope this finds you well and chipper [of course] Although it is
difficult to imagine our time together draws short, the end of the
semester draws nigh. To this end, I wanted to share the following with
you which shall provide the framework for our final sessions together.

[each semester seems like
the school computers/email on the fritz so this is safer] but
please do not make your request prior to 12/20 as it will get lost
in the endless email chaos which we all suffer these days.
