Course Needs
For MUS 305 A - there is no textbook or any other special course needs [except access to a computer]. The entire class has been designed in a web-based format ~ aka the Twanger Web. Lecture sketches are presented as "modules" on the web; all listening examples have been digitalized and are contained on a restricted, internal drive; most assignments will be submitted electronically. The only true need is to have an open mind, a willing spirit and a strong desire to delve into this very special American art form.

Note
As there is no existing "text" for a course of this nature, the instructor has drawn from about seven primary sources the information for the class. That which is present on our Twanger Web represents this synthesis.
