| The Elmo system is an opaque projection system, which
basically boils down to a camera on a stand. In other words, you can use the
Elmo to project an image of whatever is placed in sight of its "camera". Setup is a snap; simply plug in the power cord (see picture below) and flip the power switch, located on the opposite side of the Elmo as the power plug. |
| Next, unfold the stand legs one at a time, as illustrated in the picture below. |
| Continue swinging the legs until they are in the position illustrated in the next picture; forming the base of the projection system. |
| For the final step, simply fold the camera section so that
the lens is facing down
| Almost done All that’s left to do now is plug it in. If you haven’t already plugged in the power cord (I haven’t in the pictures) then plug it in now. The “On” switch is located opposite the place you plug in the power cord (see first picture above). Next, plug in the included RCA cables into the appropriately colored jacks (again, see first picture), and plug the other end into the inputs on a TV, Projector, etc., whatever you wish to be the output for the Elmo. Once you’ve completed that, you’re all finished, and you should notice the Elmo outputting to the screen whatever you place beneath the lens. |
