The T3 Center is available to assist faculty, staff and students with their technology-related projects or to answer their questions. Users of the center can gain the skills that are needed in all areas of academics. The Center is located in the Periodicals Room of the LRC. The phone number for the T3 Help Desk is x8333 ("T333"). If no one is available in the LRC, you should call the ITS Help Desk ("HELP") for assistance. |

Besides offering assistance with projects and answering questions, the T3 Center can also offer training for faculty, staff and students. Training is available in a variety of software applications, scanner use and essentially anything imaginable that is needed involving a computer.
If you find that your class or work schedule does not fit our training schedule, or if you need help with an area not covered by the training schedule, you may wish to consider these alternatives:

You are not required to make an appointment to use most of the equipment in the T3 Center, you can just drop in. However, you should be advised that some of the more specialized equipment does require some assistance and cannot be used without a T3 Staff Member available. All equipment is made available on a first-come-first-served basis. If you want to ensure that something is available that you need and also that someone will be there to assist you, please feel free to call ITS to set an appointment.
Faculty: You can reserve any portion of the T3 Center if necessary for class use on a one-time basis. If you need to make use of computer equipment on a regular basis for your class, for example you wish to have your class use computer technology every Friday during class time for four weeks, then you will need to reserve LRC012 or LRC015.

If you wish to schedule your class so that it meets every class period in a computer classroom, then you need to check with the Registrar's Office.
We have some equipment that is available for checkout for academic purposes. Click here for the list and the Online Checkout Procedure.
