There are two tabs in this dialog box, Margins and Layout which are the same as the tabs of the same name in the Windows dialog box referred to above- File
Page Setup
The various options in this dialog box are accessed by selecting choices from the Settings: dropdown list at the top.
- select Page Attributes to choose paper size, paper orientation, and scale
- select “Custom Paper Size” to set a custom paper size
- select Microsoft Word to:
- to indicate via a check box that you are using a custom page size
- to select the paper feed method for your printer
- to set margins (click on the <Margins> button)
- print (click on the <Print> button) opens the print dialog box (see File
Print below)
- select “Summary” to review all settings
- File
You will have additional selections here depending upon your printer

In Word X, click [Mirror Margins] if you want to print on both sides of the page. In Word XP, choose [Mirror Margins] from the drop-down list in the [Pages] section:
The [Apply To] dropdown list allows you to control what area of the document to which you want to apply the settings in this box:

A document can contain multiple sections, each of which can have different page setup attributes. A new document has, by default, one section. If you insert a Section Break in a document, you split your document into two sections. Insert another, your document now has three sections. When you separate your document into two or more sections, use the [Section start:] dropdown list to control what happens at that section break.
You may check either or both of these boxes:
The [vertical alignment] dropdown list allows you to adjust the vertical position of the text on a page:
