Sculpt

Mondays & Wednesdays
5:30pm-6:30pm, Fitness Center- Court 1
Tone your entire body with Cardio Sculpt! This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as tone all muscle groups. Resistance equipment will be used.
Yoga
May 19 - August 2
Mondays and Thursdays
12:10pm-12:50pm, Bisese Lounge (Fitness Center)
Relax your body by using a combination of postures, slow breathing, muscle relaxation and meditation techniques. This class will also help you increase flexibility, balance, muscular strength and endurance.
Sim's Total Body Workout
May 19 - August 6
Mondays & Wednesdays
12:10pm- 12:50pm, Fitness Center
Tone your entire body with Sim’s Total Body Workout! This class will work all muscle groups and also build cardiovascular endurance. Resistance equipment will be used.
Walk Group
May 20 - August 8
Tuesdays & Fridays
12:05pm-12:55pm, Meet in Lobby of Fitness Center
Join the Wellness Program 2 times a week at lunch for a group walk. This is a great way to get exercise with your friends!
